Self Pick-Up
- All takeaway set meals must be ordered at least 90 minutes in advance.
- Self pick-up hours are from 9am to 9pm.
- All orders must be collected within 30 minutes from the selected pick-up time.
- All orders can be collected from Shangri-La Takeaway Zone, Chao Phya Tower.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
- Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
- Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
- Cancelling the order and receive full refund
Shangri-La Circle Award Points
- Shangri-La Circle Award Points accrual is valid for items purchased except stated otherwise. Please provide Shangri-La Circle membership number upon check out. Not a member?
